We would like to invite you for State Level Beautiful Handwriting Competition  (SLBHC 2011) which is organised by The Excellence Academy for fluent Handwriting in two category  junior  and Senior Level.

1.     ENTRY CONDITIONS

a.      Junior Level

3^rd Standard to 6^th Standard (or) Age group 7 years to 11 years

b.      Senior Level

7^th Standard to 12^th Standard (or) Age group 12 years to 17 years

2.     ENTRY FEES

Rs. 30/- for Junior Level

Rs. 50/- for Senior Level

3.      FURTHER CONDITIONS

- “She/he can compete”

-Uniform - not necessary

-Should bring stationeries

- You have to write only on the paper which provide by us

-Should write only in pen

-Should not use pencil for writing

-Entry which is handed down till the deadline (31/October/2011 until 5.00 pm)

We call your attention hereby, that there’s no opportunity for subsequent entry on the competition.

7. AWARD OF THE COMPETITION

Senior Level

I. place winner:         Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) and Cup
II. Place winner       Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven thousand only) and Cup

III. Place winner        Rs.5, 000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) and Cup

Junior Level

I. place winner:           Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) and Cup
II. Place winner       Rs. 3,500/- (Rupees Seven thousand only) and Cup

III. Place winner        Rs.2, 500/- (Rupees Five thousand only) and Cup

-Consolation Prize 10 participators 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)

-Every participator will be awarded with certificate

8. PLANNED PROGRAM OF THE COMPETITION

11/11/2011 (Friday)

9.00am – 9.30am   arrival, registration, checking entry forms,

9.30am Bell will ring for the Competition

10.00 am bell for for Consolation of competition

9. Judging Criteria

1. Presentation (format, follows rules, neatness, spelling, punctuation, grammar, overwrite, margins- upper, lower, right and left).
2. Suitability ( duration, word count, space between letters, word and lines, correct formation of letters

10. JURISDICTION

The decision made by the judge is final

No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemption permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value for any reason whatsoever. Winner and/or Winner’s parent/legal guardian will be responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any).
